Baies Givrées is knitted from the bottom up, seamlessly. The bottom of the sweater begins with a lace and “noppes” stitch that creates a very feminine scallop effect. The rest of the body and sleeves are knitted in simple stocking stitch. The double-thickness knitted high collar is very comfortable to wear during the cold season.
The model shown is knitted with one strand of sport weight yarn AND one strand of a suri and silk blend. This combination of two yarns can be substituted with a worsted weight yarn.
