These fun socks are knitted from the bottom up with a heel in short rows. A simple jacquard pattern is found all over the leg and foot. This is a pattern designed to show off your little leftover sock yarn or to use in an advent calendar.


You will need a minimum of 4 different colours. The presentation pattern was knitted with 24 colours.


Sizes
XS(S, M, L, XL), which corresponds to a US shoe size of 3/4 (5/6, 7/8, 9/10, 11/12).


Sample
32 stitches and 38 rows = 10 x 10 cm in jacquard knitted with 2.75 mm/US 2 needles.


Threads used
Péché Mignon yarns, 80% washable merino wool/20% nylon, 80 m/20 g.

You can use 4 different colours and more. I used the 24 colours of the 2021 Laines Péché Mignon advent calendar to make the presentation model. Each section of jacquard uses less than 5 g of each colour.


Needles and accessories
2.5mm/US 1½ and 2.75mm/US 2 circular needles with a minimum length of 80cm if you wish to use the “magic loop” method OR a length of 9in/23cm.
Yarn needle and marker rings.
