Pivoine is a feminine sweater that features an elegant lace panel on the front and ruffles on the shoulders. It is knitted from the top down, seamless, with set-in sleeves.

 It is knitted with a DK weight yarn or with a "fingering" yarn doubled with mohair. It can be made with or without ruffles.

 Size
 XS (S, M, L, XL) (2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL).
 Pattern shown is knit in size XS and is worn with 2¼ in / 6 cm of positive ease. Select a size that is 0-3 in / 0-8 cm larger than your bust measurement.

 Finished garment chest measurement: 33¼ (36½, 40, 44½, 48½) (52½, 56½, 60½, 64½) in / 85 (93, 102, 113, 123) (133, 144, 453, 164) cm.

 Please note that I unfortunately could not find a tester for sizes 4XL and 5XL. If you would like to knit one of these sizes, please contact me. I will be happy to offer you the pattern.

 Sample
 20 stitches and 28 rows = 10 x 10 cm or 4 x 4 in in stocking stitch knitted with 4.5 mm / US 7 needles, after blocking.

 Momoah DK by Laines Péché Mignon, 70% baby alpaca / 20% mulberry silk / 10% untreated cashmere, 225 m / 100 g.
 4 (5, 5, 6, 6) (7, 8, 8, 9) skeins of Lavender Field or approximately 800 (950, 1100, 1200, 1320) (1485, 1620, 1755, 1895) m of DK weight yarn.

 Circular needles 4.5 mm / US 7 and 3.5 mm / US 4.
 Yarn needle and markers that open and close.
