This cardigan is knitted from the top down, seamless. It has a loose, cropped fit, with a V-neckline. The simple, all-stocking knit body highlights the delicate lace detail of the button placket. The sleeves are knitted in a textured lace pattern that gives the impression of faux cables.

 Sizes
 XS (S, M, L, XL) (2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL).
 The pattern shown is knitted in size XS and is worn with 5 in / 13 cm of positive ease at the bust.
 Choose a size that is 4-6 in / 10-15 cm larger than your chest measurement.
 Finished garment chest measurement: 36 (40, 44½, 48¾, 51¼) (54½, 58, 61¼, 65½) in / 91 (102, 113, 124, 130) (138, 147, 156, 166) cm.

 Please note that I unfortunately could not find any testers for sizes 4XL and 5XL. If you would like to knit one of these sizes, please contact me. I will be happy to offer you the pattern.

 Sample
 19 stitches and 26 rows = 10 x 10 cm or 4 x 4 inches in stocking stitch knitted with 4.5 mm / US 7 needles, after blocking.
 19 stitches and 30 rows = 10 x 10 cm or 4 x 4 inches in lace stitch knitted with 4.5 mm / US 7 needles, after blocking.

 Threads used
 These two threads are knitted together.

 Fine heritage from Les Arts Textiles du Témiscouata, 100% untreated East Friesian sheep wool, Amélie color, 3 (4, 4, 5, 5) (6, 6, 7, 7) skeins of 295 m / 113 g or approximately 840 (970, 1110, 1290, 1405) (1585, 1710, 1850, 1975) m of sport or fingering weight yarn.

 AND

 Mo'soie from Les Arts Textiles du Témiscouata, 70% mohair / 30% mulberry silk, 2 (3, 3, 3 , 4) (4, 4 , 5, 5) skeins of 420 m / 50 g or approximately 840 (970, 1110, 1290, 1405) (1585, 1710, 1850, 1975) m of a mohair and silk blend in lace weight.

 These sizes* use the entire skein. Allow for an extra skein if you plan to lengthen the body or sleeves.

 Needles and accessories
 Circular needles 4.5 mm / US 7, 4 mm / US 6 and 3.5 mm / US 4 with a minimum length of 80 cm.
 Yarn needle and marker rings.
 About 5 to 7 buttons.
